We kick-started Cocoroco to turn traditional recruitment on its head. Sometimes you have to shake things up. And that’s exactly what we want to do in the hiring world.

Access global talent

Our multilingual talent pool is full of agents from all corners of the globe. Talented, educated, and valuable people are everywhere. Unfortunately, all too often, they’re overlooked in favor of people closer to home. This makes no sense because the benefits of multinational talent are undisputed.

Compare applicants

We give you full control over who you hire and assess all candidates during the application process. You’ll see assessment scores on their profile, as well as information on things such as location and experience. Profiles are also detailed enough that you can find the perfect fit for your workplace culture.

Transparent pricing

Anything money-related should be simple and transparent. We handle the paperwork and legal stuff for you. We’ll let you know the recommended rates in candidates’ selected markets and the estimated total cost with added fees. At the end of the day, you’ll decide what you pay. 

Compliant hiring

Compliance means a great deal to us and we champion ethical employment. We partner with a global payroll company and employer of record. This means you don’t have to worry about local employment regulations and it ensures that candidates are being fairly paid.

How does Cocoroco work?

While designing our platform, we aimed for efficiency and user-friendliness. All you need to do is add your vacancies to Cocoroco and we’ll notify you whenever you have an applicant. 

The sign-up process is quick and easy.

Creating an account

Registration is straightforward. To register with Cocoroco: 

  1. Enter your email
  2. Create a password
  3. Accept the user agreement and privacy policy
  4. Verify your email address

Company verification

We need to verify all registered companies. This is to make sure your business is legitimate and that you’re able to hire candidates. We handle the verification process ourselves. That way, once we see a new company registration, we can verify it right away. 

If we can’t find the information we need, we’ll contact you.  

Completing your registration

On completing your registration, you’ll have to fill out a company profile. 

Required information includes:

  • Company name
  • City and country
  • Industry
  • Contact details

You’ll also get to tell us a little about your company, which might be the most fun part.

Editing your profile

Once registered and verified, you can edit the bulk of your profile at any time.

You’ll be able to edit every field filled out during registration.

To change any greyed-out fields, such as email address or ICC number, you’ll need to contact administrator@cocoroco.com

Posting jobs

To create a job, there are a few required pieces of information. 

These include: 

  • Job title and type of role
  • Number of available positions
  • Communication channels (eg. live chat, email)
  • Languages you’re looking for support in
  • Time zone and working hours
  • Start date and job duration

You’ll also need to include a summary and brief job description detailing what you’re looking for. We’ll update your total bill rate as you fill in the fields. That way, you’ll stay informed on typical market rates for your language requirements.

Connecting with candidates

We recommend keeping all your correspondence inside of Cocoroco.

This isn’t just for legal reasons but also for ease of use. You can contact candidates via their applicant details page, then message back and forth to chat, schedule meetings, or ask about the weather in their corner of the world.
