Our platform allows you to find remote customer service jobs you can’t find anywhere else. All you need to do is register, take three assessments, and introduce yourself to exciting companies you could be working for in just 14 days.

Our assessments are designed to help you land your dream job — and show your native language and customer service skills to companies. The assessments take less than an hour and cover reasoning, query handling, and typing.

You can record a short introductory message to show companies who you are as a person and a customer service agent. No text can replace a personalised video, just like no lengthy resume can replace you.

To become a remote customer service agent with Cocoroco, you’ll need a phone, laptop or desktop computer, a high-quality mic or headset, and a stable internet connection. As long as you have those, you’re good to go.

applying for jobs

Apply for jobs easily through the Cocoroco platform.

Once you’ve completed your profile and assessments, you can browse all the available jobs that suit your skills. When applying, you’ll need to add standard information, like salary expectations — everything else will be on your profile!

Interview with some of the hottest brands out there.

If a company likes what you have to offer, they’ll invite you for a personal interview. You can access all your invites on the Cocoroco platform, but we’ll send you an email to ensure you don’t miss them. We recommend keeping all communication inside Cocoroco to keep things safe and speedy.

Work exclusively with the brand.

Our globally-reputed third-party payroll provider allows our companies to hire you as one of their own. They take care of all payrolling matters and potential benefits while you work for the brand — not Cocoroco.

employment and salary

Regular, fair payments — gig or contract.

Our payroll provider pays your salary directly to you using the account details you provide, whether you work full- or part-time. Your hourly rate is fixed per your agreement contract—or seasonal gig—and paid in your local currency.
